India Miles teaching The Key to Living Your Best Life, personal development workshop at Good on Paper Bookstore.

India Miles had the absolute pleasure of launching her personal development workshop entitled, The Key to Living Your Best Life, at Good on Paper Bookstore this month, and we're beyond excited to share all of the powerful insights we explored together. This workshop, in partnership with Good on Paper Bookstore, was designed to empower women to adopt out nine steps for their best lives.

Throughout the session, we shared India Mile's 9-step for success from her handbook for success, Cry But Don’t Quit: 9 Steps to Living Your Best Life Now!

Good on Paper Bookstore is a champion of women’s empowerment, and our collaboration this

month was a perfect fit. This inspiring bookstore is woman-owned and operated and provides a beautiful space for women's events, self-growth, learning, and community building. If you haven’t had the chance to check them out yet, make sure you visit the store or purchase the remaining copies of my book either in-person or directly from their website Good on Paper Bookstore. They’ve been a fantastic partner, and we couldn’t have asked for a better venue to host our workshop's invite-only launch event.

The Key to Living Your Best Life

During the workshop, India Miles took attendees on a transformative journey through the nine critical steps to living your best life. These steps serve as a roadmap to help women navigate

personal development, growth, and transformation. Let’s dive into the key concepts we

explored:

Step 1: Faith – Trusting God’s Plan, Even in Uncertainty

Living your best life starts with unwavering faith. We discussed how trusting God’s plan,

especially when the path ahead seems unclear, is the foundation for everything.

Step 2: Love – Aligning Your Desires with His Vision

Love isn’t just about relationships—it’s about aligning our desires and actions with God’s

vision for our lives. This step focused on loving yourself and others, while staying rooted in

divine purpose.

Step 3: Integrity – Living in Truth to Unlock Blessings

Living with integrity unlocks the door to blessings. We dug deep into how living

authentically can lead to peace, success, and spiritual fulfillment.

Step 4: Work Ethic – Aligning Daily Habits with Purpose

True success comes when our daily habits align with our divine purpose. This step

encouraged women to examine their work ethic and ensure that every action they take

leads them closer to their goals.

Step 5: Emerging Leadership – Stepping Into the Leader God Created You to Be

Every woman has the potential to lead, and this session was about stepping into that leadership role confidently and courageously. I shared tips on how to embrace your

God-given leadership gifts and make an impact.

Step 6: Cutting Ties – Releasing Toxic Connections for Growth

Sometimes, in order to grow, we must release toxic relationships that are holding us back.

We talked about how to identify these connections and take bold steps to cut ties in order

to make room for new, healthy relationships.

Step 7: Prayer & Devotion – Deepening Your Relationship with God

Our relationship with God is at the core of everything we do. This step encouraged women

to dive deeper into their prayer and devotion practices as a way to draw nearer to God and

find strength.

Step 8: Image – Elevating Your External Presentation to Match Your Calling

Your external image should align with your inner purpose. This step focused on how to

elevate your physical presentation—what you wear, how you present yourself to the world,

and how that reflects your calling.

Step 9: Courage – Committing to Take Bold Action

Courage is the key to turning dreams into reality. We discussed how taking bold, intentional

action is crucial for overcoming fear and stepping into the life God has planned for us.

Reflective Questions & Worksheet Exercises

Throughout the workshop, India provided reflective questions and worksheet exercises

designed to help participants think deeply about their own lives and apply each step

practically. These tools are meant to be revisited regularly to ensure continuous growth.
