About

The Full Story

India is a women's minister and business mentor who left a lucrative career in banking and finance behind to serve God. India grew up in a Christian home as the youngest of two older siblings. She excelled academically and had two loving hardworking parents who instill hard-work, entrepreneurship, and their Christian values in her.

She grew up watching her parents use their faith and other holistic practices as an attempt to manage their unresolved traumas and mental health issues to no avail. As a result, India's life took a dramatic and unexpected turn versus the one she expected. At the age of sixteen India's home life became volatile. Her parents became physically and emotionally abusive and eventually they gave her and her high school boyfriend an ultimatum to become married. They convinced them to marry by saying it was right thing to do in the sight of God, and by promising them that in return they would pay for their college education.

Even after they got married the abuse persisted so India left home in pursuit of a better life and she found it through the restorative and transformative power of Jesus Christ.

After her first marriage ended India finished college and poured her heart and soul into a cause called Building Economic Stability Together ( BEST ) where for three years she honed and crafted her ingenuity of giving and serving others on a greater scale.

As her impact grew as did her adversities. She was rejected when she sought-out mentorship, she was mocked and ridiculed, and slandered but she kept believing that living her best life was possible.  After years of tribulation, she had reached her breaking point and she didn't feel like she could go on.

The Cry But Don't Quit ministry began then after the Holy Spirit instructed her to “cry but don’t quit daughter” and “write your book”.

In 2016 after self-publishing Cry But Don't Quit: 9 Steps to Living Your Best Life Now, India continued to persevere and serve, minister, and create unique ways to teach other's her methodology for life's success. She teaches others how-to heal, live their best lives, and build transformative businesses that help further the gospel of Jesus Christ.

India resides in Petersburg, Virginia and is remarried to her loving husband Hal. She is the mother of two beautiful girls Indigo and Io and she hopes to keep inspiring women to never give up with her story.

"Cry But Don't Quit in the face of all adversity because God can and will do everything he says he will."
